Stage 1: Purchasing Service Fee
(Charged when we buy the item for you domestically.)
This stage covers all costs incurred to ship the item from the Chinese merchant to the Superbuy warehouse. It consists of three components:
Original Product Price
The listed price of the item on platforms such as Taobao or JD.com. Superbuy charges no extra fees on this price.
China Domestic Shipping Fee
The courier fee for shipping from the merchant to the Superbuy warehouse. Superbuy pays this on your behalf without any extra charges (fees vary by merchant; some offer "Free Shipping").
This charge represents Superbuy's percentage-based purchasing service fee, calculated on the item cost and determined by its source platform：
Standard Purchasing Service (Free)
No service fee is charged for mainstream platforms such as Taobao, Tmall, JD.com, and 1688.
Secondhand Item Purchasing Service
Xianyu, Paipai, Zhuanzhuan, etc.: Flat fee of CN¥ 20/DI.
Kongfz and other second-hand platforms: 10% service fee based on item value (Min CN¥ 10, Max CN¥ 20).
Note: Rates differ slightly due to the complex communication and after-sales processes involved.
Other Purchasing Services
For unlisted platforms, a 10% service fee based on item value (Min CN¥ 10, Max CN¥ 20).
Shipping Expert
For special items (e.g., pre-sales, limited editions), the "Shipping Expert" service applies with a 10% service fee based on item value (Min CN¥ 20, Max CN¥ 300).
Fee Calculation Example:To buy a piece of clothing for CN¥ 100 on Taobao with CN¥ 10 domestic shipping and Detailed Photos (CN¥ 3.00):
Total Stage 1 Cost: CN¥ 100 (Price) + CN¥ 10 (Shipping) + CN¥ 0 (Service Fee) + CN¥ 3.00 (Photos) = CN¥ 113.00
Stage 2: International Shipping Fee
(Charged when we ship your parcel overseas to you.)
This section covers the fees for the second stage. Once items arrive at the warehouse, you need to pay to ship the parcel to your address. This fee is a comprehensive calculation generated by the system based on the final weight of your parcel, the specific shipping line selected, and the destination country/region. If you have purchased multiple items, Superbuy can consolidate them into one parcel for free, which may potentially lower your international shipping costs.
This fee mainly consists of the following components:
Initial Weight Shipping Fee
The starting price for the shipment weight, corresponding to the cost of the first unit of chargeable weight (e.g., 500g)
Additional Weight Shipping Fee
The extra fee charged for each additional unit of weight after the parcel exceeds the first weight
Customs Clearance Fee
Import taxes (e.g., tariffs, VAT) levied by the destination country's customs based on item category and declared value when the parcel enters the destination country. This fee is borne by the recipient
Fuel Surcharge
An additional percentage fee charged on top of the base freight to cope with oil price fluctuations. Most air freight and courier lines charge this fee to hedge against fluctuations in international fuel prices
Operation Fee
A base service fee charged by the warehouse for processing your parcel (including storage, sorting, packing, etc.)
Fee Calculation Example:Suppose you choose the "Hong Kong UPS Economy (Tax-Free)" line to ship a 1000g parcel: International Shipping Fee (CN¥ 428) = CN¥ 320 (First Weight 500g) + CN¥ 50 (Continued Weight 500g) + CN¥ 38 (Customs Fee) .
We recommend using the system's "Shipping Calculator" feature when submitting your parcel. The system will provide you with the most accurate fee preview based on your parcel's real-time data.
Value-Added Service Fees
Value-Added Service Fees are incurred for customized services provided to meet your personalized needs and are charged on demand. We offer services such as Professional Photos, Comprehensive Inspection, and Reinforced Packaging to ensure a safer and more worry-free shopping experience. All services are chosen freely by you, and fees are only generated after your confirmation, with no hidden charges.
Switching Packaging
According to customer requirements, we can remove or replace the product packaging box (bag). The replacement options include Superbuy's own packaging bags, opaque packaging bags, or custom bags or boxes specified by the customer.
Thread Trimming
Post-warehouse arrival thread trimming service performed according to customer specifications.
Re-inspection
Post-warehouse supplementary or re-inspection service: Verify style, quantity, color, size and model; check for damage and obvious defects; includes 3 actual inspection photos.
Product Label Removal
Post-warehouse arrival label/tags removal service performed according to customer specifications.
Power-on Inspection for 3C and Appliance
We will perform a power-on test for the product,checking that the indicator lights and power-on/off function are working normally. One photo providing evidence of the powered-on and operational status will be supplied via internal message and email.
Plastic-Sealing Packaging
Shrink-wrapping the product effectively reduces the risk of moisture damage during international shipping.
Detailed Photo
A personalized high-definition detail photography service where users can select specific angles or details according to their needs. Each photo showcases a single product from a specific angle or detail.

Model Try-on Photos
Customers can specify requirements for the model's height, weight, shoe size, etc. Superbuy will arrange a live model who best matches your specified criteria and provide four photos: front, back, left-side, and right-side views. This service includes both clothing fitting and footwear fitting.

Providing 360-degree video shooting services for products.
Split Order/Discard Item
It refers to a service that allows for the splitting of multiple items within an order into separate orders while the order status is "In Storage," making it easier to submit them for shipping separately. Additionally, it may involve separating certain items within the order, such as free gifts, batteries, or liquids, into different orders or discarding them to reduce the weight of a single order or comply with mailing restrictions.
Extend Storage Period
Please select the product that needs “Storage Period Extension” , and the length of extension (calculated by month, with a maximum of 6 months for individual product).The service of “Storage Period Extension” only extends the maximum storage period of the product. The storage fee will be charged by day after the free storage ends, and you shall pay it when submitting the parcel for shipment.
Bubble Cushioning Wrap Packaging
Using bubble cushioning wrap to package products provides effective shock protection, preventing damage caused by compression, collision, and dropping.
Kraft Bubble Mailer Packaging
Using kraft paper bubble mailers for packaging provides cushioning and shock absorption, preventing damage to products due to compression, impact, or drops.
EPE Packaging
The product is wrapped in three layers of pearl cotton for cushioning and shock resistance, preventing damage from compression, collision, and dropping.
Customized EPE Packaging
Using EPE pearl cotton material for product reinforcement packaging, providing shock resistance, collision protection, and scratch prevention.
Dust Bag Packaging
Use dustproof bags to package products, providing protection against dust, scratches, moisture, and prolonged exposure to sunlight that may cause discoloration.
Detailed Inspection
Based on standard inspection, we offer more detailed inspection services, including thorough checks of linings, zippers, pockets, and other areas. We also conduct meticulous examinations for minor stains, discoloration, scratches, snags, and other defects.
Ironing
【Ironing】The service refers that wrinkled clothing items which stored in the warehouse can be ironed and smoothed according to the customer's requirements. Timeliness and Notification: It will be completed within 24 hours, after which you will be notified the results via message and email.
EPE Loose Filling
It is a service that uses foam boards to fill and protect the space within the package, greatly minimizing damage to products caused by bumps and jolts. This service is suitable for small appliances, fragile items, and similar products, and works even better when combined with paper corner protection strips.
Corner Protector
It is a service that adds four corner protection strips to the edges of the cardboard package, commonly used for items that have specific requirements for their original packaging, such as figurine packaging. This ensures sharp corners and is essential for box control.
Stretch Film
It is a service that provides full coverage of the outer surface of the cardboard package with stretch film to prevent the package from getting wet and being tampered with.
Wooden Case
It is a service that uses non-fumigated plywood for comprehensive reinforcement of the package, allowing for direct export. The wooden box features a snap-fit design, making installation and disassembly easy. This packaging provides strong protection against compression and collision during the transportation of high-value, overweight electronic products, electrical equipment, and ceramic crafts. It is recommended to use it in conjunction with EPE foam filler for added protection.
Moister-Barrier Bag
It is a service that involves adding moisture-proof bags made of thick PE material to the outer surface of the cardboard box and sealing them properly. This effectively prevents the package from getting damp due to weather conditions and protects the internal items from mold during transportation.
Whole-Process Packing Video
It is a service that provides a complete packaging video of the current package, allowing you to have a more intuitive understanding of the entire packing process. After the service is completed, you can view the packing video on my package page within 30 minutes. We will retain this video for 30 days. If you are unable to view the video after 24 hours, please contact online customer service for assistance.
Customized Packaging
It is a service where users can request the use of their custom logo, cardboard boxes, packaging bags, and greeting cards, among other items. Please specify the details in the remarks section of the package.
Brand Tag Removal
A tag is a label hung on various types of clothing, containing information such as the material of the garment, washing precautions, brand logo, and price marks. This service reduces the tax risk to a certain extent, but it does not affect the appearance and may result in the goods not being eligible for return or exchange services.
Package Removal
This service will remove excess outer packaging from the products according to Superbuy`s packaging standards to reduce weight and save on shipping costs. After removing packaging boxes (or bags) that may affect the protection of the item, the products will be repackaged. Necessary original protective packaging will still be retained, depending on the specific circumstances.
Simple Packaging
It refers to a packaging method that maximizes the reduction of package weight for non-fragile and non-bendable items. This packaging method uses lightweight black stretch film or plastic bags to wrap the products. If you choose this service, we will prioritize bagged packing, with the actual type of packaging (bag or box) determined based on the specific characteristics of the item.
Vacuum Packaging
It is a service that uses vacuum compression bags to compress all items within the package into one concentrated vacuum-sealed form, with a maximum bag volume of 100cm x 80cm. This significantly reduces the volume, saving on shipping costs based on volume weight.
Priority Stock-out
It means that the package will be packed and weighed within three hours after the approval of the review.
Folding Shoe Box
It is a service that involves folding shoe boxes, which can save space and reduce shipping costs based on volume weight. Please note that this service may result in creases on the shoe boxes.
