How to Purchase

Step 1

Select Item

Method 1

Find the product you want to buy on Taobao, Tmall, or JD.com. Copy the product link and paste it into the search bar (or simply copy and paste the link shared by your friend).

Method 2

Enter the product name in Superbuy’s search bar and select from the recommended products provided by Taobao, Tmall and JD.com.

Step 2

Submit Order

Method 1

Superbuy can capture the info of 99% of the products on Taobao / Tmall / JD.com. You can directly select the color, size and quantity, and click "Add to Cart" or "Buy Now".

Method 2

When purchasing from the above platforms, if the "Fill in A Shopping Agent Order" page appears, you need to fill in the order info manually, then click "Add to Cart" or "Buy Now".

Step 3

Pay for Item(s)

Choose payment method and pay for the item and Chinese local delivery fee.

TIPS
  • Available for multiple currencies.
  • Payment Methods: Credit Cards, WeChat, Alipay, Chinese Debit Cards, Bank Tele Transfer, Bitcoin.
  • Enter the destination country and any remarks regarding your requirements. If you need value-added services, just select those services, then submit the order after review.

Step 4

Superbuy Purchase

Our shopping agents will contact the seller and purchase your ordered items.

TIPS
  • During the purchasing process, you can click ‘order enquiry’ to contact our shopping agents for any further details. They will reach out to you via email or message if necessary, for example, if some information needs to be completed by you.

Step 5

Superbuy Inspection and Storage

Quality inspection will be carried out and items will be stored in the warehouse. You can visit ‘My Superbuy’– ‘Warehouse’ to view the item once it is stored.

TIPS
  • Once the item has arrived at our warehouse, a series of quality inspections will be carried out, and photos will be taken for you to view. We will contact you immediately if there are any problems.
  • Products purchased from 1688 have a different set of quality control standards; please refer to Superbuy's Shopping Agent User Manual.
  • You can do the following: send the stored items overseas (Steps 6-9) or purchase more and send them all together (Repeat Steps 1-5, then Steps 6-9).
  • We provide 90 days of free storage service for your items.
  • Stock up and consolidate them to ship overseas in order to save on shipping fees.

How to Submit Parcel

Step 6

Submit for Delivery

Visit ‘My Warehouse’ and select items then submit for delivery. Fill in delivery details and choose the recommended type of delivery.

TIPS
  • Some items may be restricted with a certain type of delivery. However, we have selected a few recommended types of delivery for you to choose from the list.
  • We provide additional services such as package removal, package reinforcement, insurance, etc. Please inform us under remark and we will follow your request.

Step 7

Pay international shipping fee deposit

Select payment method for the international shipping fee deposit and customs fee

TIPS
  • The international shipping fee deposit is calculated according to the product's estimated weight, the selected shipment method, and the destination.
  • The final shipping fee will be calculated according to the package size and weight verified by the shipping company. If there is a discrepancy between the final shipping fee and the deposit, the amount of difference will be returned to your Superbuy account after the product is shipped

Step 8

Superbuy Delivery

Consolidate and pack items, reinforce package, weight and send out for delivery.

  • You can track the parcel via ‘My Superbuy’ – ‘Parcels’ after it is sent out.

Step 9

Waiting for your package to arrive

You can track your package and follow its shipping progress on the “Parcels” page

  • There is always the possibility that accidents may happen during international package shipments. Such circumstances include delays, confiscation, taxes, package damage, missing packages and more. Superbuy cannot control or prevent accidents that may happen when your package is in the hands of a third-party logistics company or the customs, nor will we be able to guarantee the service quality of other companies not affiliated to Superbuy. However, we aim to provide the best service possible to our customers and will inform you beforehand of the shipping situation for each shipping route or country you select and do everything we can to aid you if problems occur.

Final Step

Delivered & Review

Once you have received the parcel, you can confirm the delivery via‘My Superbuy’ – ‘Parcels’. If you have any question regarding to the parcel, you can also choose the relevant parcel and apply for after-sales service.

TIPS
  • Once you completed the review, credit will be earned. Don't forget to earn credit as it can be used to deduct the international delivery fee.
