Superbuy needs to make sure that the item can be shipped so you need to submit the information of the item for the review.
Step 1Enter the name and type of the item, and submit the request directly if you have already prepared the item and the parcel.

The review of the submitted item information will be completed within one business day and Superbuy will notify you about the result using the inbox message.
Step 21.There will be a unique identification number by the end of each user's address and it will help you track the parcel under special circumstances. You can find the number by checking the “shipping address” in your account.
2.For the addresses of the warehouses, please click “Parcel Forwarding” on the main page and you will find the addresses under “Check Superbuy Warehouse Addresses”.
You can wrap the package after the item is reviewed and you can complete the payment now if you purchased the item by yourself. Please send the parcel to the warehouse you selected when filling in the request form within 15 business days. Also, please complete the item's logistics information online before it expires.
Step 3The status of the order will be updated to “Shipped” after the logistics information is completed and you can still modify or check the logistics information.
The item will be weighed and inspected upon receiving. After the item is stocked in, it will be displayed in “My Superbuy” – “My Warehouse”.
Step 4Please notice that the only the number and name of your item will be confirmed, the warehouse does not offer professional product inspection.
We will do a professional inspection of the item when it is warehoused. Photos[Three photos ] of the actual product will be taken and sent to you. We will be glad to assist you if there is any problem with the item.
Visit ‘My Warehouse’ and select items then submit for delivery. Fill in delivery details and choose the recommended type of delivery.
Step 51.Some items may be restricted with a certain type of delivery. However, we have selected a few recommended types of delivery for you to choose from the list.
2.We provide additional services such as package removal, package reinforcement, insurance, etc. Please inform us under remark and we will follow your request.

Step 61. The international shipping fee deposit is calculated according to the product's estimated weight, the selected shipment method, and the destination.
2. The final shipping fee will be calculated according to the package size and weight verified by the shipping company. If there is a discrepancy between the final shipping fee and the deposit, the amount of difference will be returned to your Superbuy account after the product is shipped
Consolidate and pack items, reinforce package, weight and send out for delivery.
Step 7You can track the parcel via ‘User Center’ – ‘My Parcel’ after it is sent out.

Step 8There is always the possibility that accidents may happen during international package shipments. Such circumstances include delays, confiscation, taxes, package damage, missing packages and more. Superbuy cannot control or prevent accidents that may happen when your package is in the hands of a third-party logistics company or the customs, nor will we be able to guarantee the service quality of other companies not affiliated to Superbuy. However, we aim to provide the best service possible to our customers and will inform you beforehand of the shipping situation for each shipping route or country you select and do everything we can to aid you if problems occur.

Once you have received the parcel, you can confirm the delivery via‘User Center’ – ‘My Parcel’. If you have any question regarding to the parcel, you can also choose the relevant parcel and apply for after-sales service.
Last stepOnce you completed the review, credit will be earned. Don't forget to earn credit as it can be used to deduct the international delivery fee.
